Photolibrary.com buys Oxford Scientific Films (OSF)

Photolibrary.com, an independent producer of contemporary stock photography (rights protected and royalty free) and distrubutor of images from Banana Stock, Brand X Pictures, Digital Vision et.al. with offices in Sydney, London, Melbourne, Auckland, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur & Bangkok, has purchased the Oxford Scientific Films.
OSF film and photo libraries are a world-renowned collection of spectacular still and moving imagery illustrating the diversity of the natural world. The continually expanding photographic collection consists of over 350,000 images, whilst the film library boasts over 2000 hours of footage.
As yet we have no evidence regarding further details of this obviously friendly takeover.
