Stock Photo Industry Survey Of The Deutsche Bank And PACA: Pricing Stability in 2006, But Issues Likely In RF Imagery

Finally the Deutsche Bank and PACA are out with the most recent Stock Photo Industry Survey.

The attached summary, which will also be available in the members' section of the PACA website, has been prepared by our survey partner, Deutsche Bank. While the survey focused specifically on the U.S. based, member stock agencies and did not include direct survey responses by Corbis, Getty Images and Jupiter, we feel the summary provides a useful snapshot of our membership and how their businesses are fairing.

Please note also that "only" 54 out of a population of 102 stock agencies responded and that there are still some stock houses not affiliated with PACA. The question is how many - besides Getty, Corbis and Jupiterimages - of the missing 48 agencies are economically successful mid-sized stock houses so that the lack of their response would possibly result in not so representative results regarding the overall projections and assumptions in the survey ("the respondents represent roughly 150 MN in gross image billings").
