Gross revenue for the first quarter of 2005 was $2,312,000, compared to $798,000 for the same period in 2004. NEW YORK, May 3, 2005. Jupitermedia Corporation (Nasdaq: JUPM) today reported results for the quarter ended March 31, 2005. Revenues for the first quarter of 2005 were $25.0 million compared to revenues of $14.4 million for the same period last year, an increase of 74%. Net income for the first quarter was $5.5 million, or $0.16 per diluted share, compared to net income of $1.6 million, or $0.06 per diluted share, for the same period last year. We acquired Dynamic Graphics Group on March 7, 2005. Excluding the results of Dynamic Graphics Group, our revenues for the first quarter of 2005 were $21.6 million and net income was $5.2 million.
