Jupitermedia Corporation (Nasdaq: JUPM) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary JupiterImages Corporation has acquired all of the shares of Goodshoot S.A.S (www.goodshoot.com), for approximately U.S. $9.8 million in cash. Goodshoot, based in Annecy-le-Vieux, France, is a leading resource for royalty free digital images for business users and creative professionals.
