London, UK, Aug. 21, 2007. Jamie Klingler, previously Corbis Outline’s senior account manager for their entertainment division, has moved on to fresh pastures to become photography director for the new weekly men’s magazine, Shortlist, which will launch on 20 September. Jamie spent seven years with Corbis starting out her native New York and coming to London in 2002 to carry on her work in the celebrity and entertainment arena.
As senior account manager, she worked with every major publication in the UK, collaborated with photographers and publicists to ensure that their clients were featured in the best national publications as well as training Corbis’ global sales team in handling celebrity portraiture. Over the past three years, Jamie has also organised London exhibitions for James White, Yariv Milchan and the Outline collection.
In her new role as photography director for Shortlist, Jamie is looking forward to bringing her wealth of experience and bulging contacts book to the magazine, which promises to be the most exciting addition to the consumer magazine market this year.
She said: “Shortlist is a great project to work on. I’m genuinely excited about the challenges involved in launching a magazine and I’m thrilled to be on the team for such a groundbreaking product. It’s going to be hard work – but worth every minute.”

Shortlist is published by Crash Test Media, a media consultancy set up by Mike Soutar, former IPC executive. Shortlist’s editor is Phil Hilton, the launch editor of Nuts. Shortlist is a free, weekly upmarket men’s magazine. Distribution will be 500,000 with 360,000 to be distributed in London. The remainder will be given out in Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
